3. Quote requests
Submitting a quote request form does not create a contract or any obligation on either party. Any offer made following your enquiry is separate and subject to physical inspection of the vehicle. Quotes are not guaranteed and may change if the vehicle's actual condition differs from the information provided.
4. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle. Knowingly providing false information (for example, incorrect mileage or concealing known faults) may invalidate any offer made and could constitute fraud.
5. Vehicle ownership
By engaging with us to sell a vehicle, you confirm that you are the registered keeper and legal owner, or are authorised to sell the vehicle on the owner's behalf. Selling a vehicle you do not legally own or have authority to sell is a criminal offence.
6. Outstanding finance
If your vehicle has outstanding finance, any offer we make is subject to settlement of that finance. You are responsible for obtaining an accurate settlement figure from your finance provider. We are not responsible for any charges, interest or penalties arising from your finance agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cars for Cash Wales shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from use of our website or service. Our liability for direct losses shall not exceed the value of any agreed vehicle transaction.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design and code — is the property of Cars for Cash Wales and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
